Every engagement starts here. I go through all six leaks the way a customer would, score each one, then tell you where you’re losing work and which leak to close first.
What I look at
- Discovery — Google Business Profile completeness, the categories you’re listed under, and whether your name, address and phone match across Yelp, BBB and a dozen directories
- Trust — your review count and rating against the companies you appear next to, photos of actual work, licence number, years in business
- Conversion — whether a customer on a phone at 8pm can reach you in one tap, and how many fields stand between them and an estimate request
- Response — what actually happens in the five minutes after a missed call
- Reputation — whether anything in your week reliably produces a new review next month, and what happens when someone leaves two stars
- AI visibility — I run the same prompts through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overview and document whether you get named, and who does instead

Not on Google, and definitely not in ChatGPT. AI answers change by tool, by location, and by how the question is phrased. What I control is whether your business is complete, consistent, and credible enough to get recommended — and I track that every month so you can see the trend.
I don't lock you into a year
If the work isn't producing, you shouldn't be trapped paying for it.
I don't take on more clients than I can serve
This is a one-person business. That's a limit, and I'd rather tell you about it than quietly do worse work.
